We Are Mobilized

A growing disciple mobilizes on mission with God. That may involve going around the world to share the good news of Jesus, caring for our community, or serving in our local church.

Serve at Green Hills

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.” Ephesians 4:11-12

Everyone at Green Hills has something to offer and when we serve one another the church becomes stronger and healthier. You can serve in many different ways like helping us greet and welcome people, teaching some of our awesome kids, playing in the worship band, or on any of a number of our many ministry teams!

Contact connect@thechurch.life if you would like more information or want to get involved.

Be on Mission Locally

“But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.” Jeremiah 29:7

Pregnancy Care Clinic – obria.org

This clinic assists and serves young women with resources and counseling concerning unplanned pregnancies. They provide support groups, pro-life events, Bible studies, ultrasounds and more. You can get involved by volunteering, supporting their annual fundraiser event, or becoming a monthly donor.

Good News Clubs – cefonline.com

Members from our church are involved in several Good News Clubs where we get to teach Bible stories to kids on their school campus in an after-school program. We have seen dozens of kids come to Jesus and get connected to a local church through this ministry. If you are interested in helping teach or assist, please call the church office for more information.

Go on Mission Globally

“Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you.” Matthew 28:19-20

Short-Term Trips

Each year we take a few trips to give short-term help to some of the missionaries we support around the world. Click here to find out more information about upcoming trips or email our Global Mobilization Team at mobilize@thechurch.life

Operation Christmas Child – samaritanspurse.org

Help fill and distribute Christmas presents around the world! You can fill a box (or two) with toys and supplies that get delivered to children in dozens of countries. Each box is accompanied with a gospel message in their language. Look for boxes to be available in October and then returned full in November.

Disaster Relief – namb.net

When it comes to responding to disasters in our cities, states or other countries, teams must be trained and ready. This ministry helps clean up areas that have been effected by hardship and care for their needs by providing care, meals and the hope of the gospel.
