Living Nativity

Performances have been canceled

To our dear guests,

We are very sorry to have to say this, but, unfortunately, we have to cancel all performances of the Living Nativity this year. Two different households from our cast have tested positive for COVID today, Friday, Dec. 18. We had rehearsals two nights this week, and members of those households attended the rehearsals without knowing they had been exposed or showing any symptoms. Now that we know our cast has been exposed, and because we highly value the safety and health of our cast, crew, and guests, we feel that canceling is the appropriate and responsible thing to do.

We’re disappointed to not be able to have Living Nativity this year, but we don’t want to miss the opportunity to share the Christmas message with our community. Starting Sunday, Dec. 20 at 6 PM you can click the button below to watch a short video that shares our heart for Christmas this year. Please watch it and share it with everyone you know. Spread the word. Even though we can’t hold the performances, we can share the love of Jesus this Christmas with even more people who wouldn’t have attended Living Nativity.

Again, we are disappointed to have to cancel, but we know that Christmas still goes on in spite of all of this. We celebrate the God who came to us and is still with us today! Thank you for making plans to join us this year, and check back with us next year so we can resume Living Nativity in 2021!

Merry Christmas,

The Church at Green Hills
